1. Create a slideshow for a Taxi business that you would like to start on the Nissan Manufacturing plant. The slideshow will form part of your presentation to Nissan.  Your slideshow should include the following:  A heading, a bulleted list, a design style that is applied to the whole presentation, an edited background (other than the default background), different fonts, font sizes, alignment and line spacing, animation and images.  Your slideshow must consist of at least five slides and an additional duplicated slide and once you are done you should save the slide show as an .html file under My Documents and call it Nissan Taxi Presentation followed by your name.  Also run a spelling and grammar check before save and close your presentation.     (4)

Note:  Be sure to include things such as:  What your service will offer, the benefits for Nissan to use your service, price estimates and benefits for the employees of the plant

You will have 2 hours to complete this assignment. 

2. Open your presentation again and change the following: Find and Replace all the instance where the word taxi has been used with Mini Bus Commuter Service. When you are done, Save the document in My Documents under the name Nissan Bus Service followed by your name and save it as a presentation file (the default file format that would be used to save presentations).  Do not close your presentation as you will use it for the questions following below.  (1)

3. Insert a new slide in your presentation and add a circle diagram containing 2 locations where your service will make a stop to pick up commuters in the morning to take them to the plant and in the last space, enter the plant name. Also include the times for the first location’s stop, as well as the second and third (at the plant) times.  Once you have done this, change the colour of all three the arrows.  Resize the graph to fit the page but still be large enough to read.  Remember to save regularly.  (1) 

4. Insert another new slide and add an organisational chart in your presentation. At the top, enter your own name (as the business owner) and in the bottom bubbles, the names of three drivers who will be driving the vehicles from the chosen destinations to the plant.  Include job titles under the names, such as Chumani; Driver.  Once this has been done, change the layout of the chart to “left hanging” and resize the chart to fit the slide.  Then add another “level” to your last name on the list as an assistant and enter the name of the assistant.     (2)

5. Select the WordArt on the bus picture you created and “flip it horizontally”. (1)

6. Import an appropriate jpeg image to your master slide, resize it so it fits and set it to “send to back” so the title and your name you will create can be seen on the forefront.  (1)
