- Change the Chart Type to a 2-D column chart
- Change the colours of each of the data series
- Re-position the Legend to the bottom of the chart, use a smaller font size for the legend text, and change the font colours to match the series colour (also, move the plot area if the legend is not shown clearly)
- Add the following Title – “Exam Passes” – and format with underline
- Add the following Value Y Axis – “Grades A – C”
- Use a smaller font size for the axes
- Add Data Labels to show the value of each column
- Format the axes and gridlines as grey and change the font colours of the axes labels to grey too
- If there is one, remove the border from the Plot Area
in the same file, add a new chart on a new slide/page with the following data:
